Services
Support is tailored to your business and delivered remotely by Email Fix. In most cases, issues are resolved with a one-off fix—keeping your email working reliably without ongoing costs.
After you get in touch, I’ll carry out a free initial assessment of your issue and explain what’s required.
As a guide, prices range from £45 for straightforward fixes to around £100 for more involved work. Larger jobs are quoted individually. You always get a fixed price before any work starts.
If I can’t fix the problem described in your quote, you don’t pay for it. The full details are in the Terms of Service.
What I can help with
Most small business email problems fall into one of these. If yours doesn't, get in touch anyway and I'll take a look.
Emails going to spam
I find out why your emails land in junk folders, whether that's missing authentication, a poor sender reputation or a blocklist, and fix the cause.
Why emails go to spam →Emails bouncing or not arriving
If customers aren't getting your emails, or you're missing theirs, I trace where they're going wrong and put it right.
Why "sent" doesn't mean "arrived" →Website contact form not sending
Enquiries from your website should reach your inbox every time. I fix forms on WordPress and other site builders.
Contact form not sending? →Setting up professional email
A proper address at your own domain on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, set up correctly from day one.
Set up professional email →Moving email provider
I help you switch provider without losing emails, and make sure everything works afterwards.
Switching email provider →Hacked or suspicious activity
Strange emails sent from your account or odd sign-ins? I help you secure the account and stop it happening again.
If your email has been hacked →SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup
I set up the records that prove your emails are really from you, so Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo trust them.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC explained →Google, Yahoo and Microsoft sender rules
The big providers now reject emails that don't meet their rules. I check your setup and bring it up to standard.
The new sender rules →Blocklist checks and removal
If your domain or server has been blocklisted, I find out why, fix the cause and request removal.
Blocklist check and removal →Common questions
How much will it cost?
The first assessment is free. As a guide, prices range from £45 for straightforward fixes to around £100 for more involved work. Larger jobs are quoted individually. You always get a fixed price before any work starts, and if I can't fix the problem in your quote, you don't pay for it.
When do I pay?
Once the work is done. I send a summary of what I fixed and an invoice. There's nothing to pay upfront.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day of your request. If it's urgent, say so on the form and I'll prioritise it.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Never send your password to anyone, including me. If I need access to your domain or email settings, I'll guide you through giving temporary access that you can remove afterwards.
Which email providers do you work with?
Google Workspace (Gmail), Microsoft 365 (Outlook) and email from most web hosts, along with websites built on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and others.
Can you guarantee my emails will never go to spam?
No one honestly can, because each email provider makes its own decisions. What I can do is make sure your setup is correct and meets their rules, which gives your emails the best possible chance of reaching the inbox.
Ready to get your email working?
