Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains how the Email Fix website uses cookies and similar technologies. Email Fix is a trading name of Rosevear Ltd (company number SC792530).
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. Some are needed for a website to work. Others are used to track what you do, often for advertising.
Our approach
We keep this simple. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t use cookies to track you across other websites. Because of this, we don’t need to show you a cookie banner.
Website analytics
We measure how our website is used with Independent Analytics, which runs on our own website and does not use cookies. It doesn’t send information to any other company. Our Privacy Policy explains what it records.
Live chat
Our live chat does not set cookies. Your conversation is held in your browser only while the chat is open.
Strictly necessary cookies
Some cookies are essential for the website to work and don’t need your consent. For example:
- WordPress login cookies (with names beginning wordpress_ and wp-settings-) are only set for people who log in to manage the website. Ordinary visitors don’t get them.
- Our website host may set cookies needed for security or to deliver pages quickly.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The help pages for your browser explain how. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working.
Changes
If we ever start using cookies that need your consent, we will update this policy and ask for your permission first.
