Email Fix
Email Fix was established by Paul Collins, a web designer and software developer based in the south west of the UK. He started the business after realising how many small businesses in his local area were having difficulty with their emails, and decided to launch Email Fix as a specialist service to help.
My Specialist Service
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo keep tightening their rules on business email, and more and more ordinary emails (quotes, invoices, replies to enquiries) are ending up in spam. Most small businesses have nobody technical in-house to notice, so the first sign is often a customer who never heard back. Email Fix finds and fixes these problems quickly, without the jargon.
Security and privacy are at the core of what I do
I never ask for your passwords.
Everything is arranged through your own private ticket page on the Email Fix website, including any access I need. Where your provider allows it, you add me to your account, and you can remove me as soon as the work is done.
I only change what you've agreed to
When I've finished, I tell you exactly what I changed.
Your details stay private.
The free assessment looks only at your domain's public records, and I keep your details no longer than I need to (the Privacy Policy explains how long).
A registered UK company.
Email Fix is a trading name of Aimery Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17504452, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, registration number ZC276504.
How I work
A free assessment first: I look at your setup and tell you what's wrong in plain English.
A fixed price before any work starts. As a guide, prices range from £45 for straightforward fixes to around £100 for more involved work. Larger jobs are quoted individually.
No fix, no fee.
I work remotely, so it doesn't matter where in the UK you are.
Got an email problem? I can help.
Whether your emails are going to spam, bouncing or not arriving, I can find the cause and put it right. Tell me what's wrong and I'll reply within one working day.
