Disclaimer

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This website is run by Email Fix, a trading name of Rosevear Ltd (company number SC792530). This disclaimer applies to the information on our website, including our guides and our live chat. It does not change our Terms of Service, which apply when we carry out work for you.

General information only

The information on this website, including our guides, is general information about email and how it works. It is not advice about your particular setup. Every business’s email, domain and website are set up differently, and something that is right for one may cause problems for another.

We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date. But email providers change their rules and systems often, so we can’t promise that everything on this site is complete, correct or current at the time you read it.

Making changes yourself

Some of our guides explain changes to settings such as DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX). Getting these wrong can stop your email or website from working.

If you make changes yourself:

You make changes based on our guides at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or disruption caused by changes you make yourself without our help. If you would like us to do it for you, get in touch for a free assessment.

Our live chat assistant

The live chat on our website is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It is there to understand what you need and pass your details to us. We follow up on every enquiry.

AI assistants can misunderstand or get things wrong. Please treat anything it says as general guidance until someone from Email Fix has looked at your problem. Nothing the assistant says is a quote or a promise about price, timing or outcome; only a written quote from Email Fix is. Please don’t share passwords or payment details in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.

No guarantee of email delivery

Email providers such as Google, Microsoft and Apple decide for themselves which emails reach the inbox. Correct setup greatly improves your chances, but nobody can guarantee that every email will always be delivered. What our work does include is explained in our Terms of Service, including our “no fix, no fee” guarantee.

Prices on this website

Prices on this website, such as typical cost ranges, are a guide only. The price you pay is the fixed price in your written quote.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as email providers’ help pages. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Trademarks

Names such as Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Apple are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe the services we work with. Email Fix is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any of these companies.

Our responsibility

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for anything that can’t legally be limited or excluded, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
